On our way out of Bolinas, after the long weekend, Susan and I stopped at Duxbury Reef. We timed our visit to coincide with low tide so that we could walk out onto the reef and photograph the tide pools.
- The water in the tide pools was crystal clear. The foreground rocks are underwater.
- I liked how this grass was matted.
- Susan spotted this anemone in a small pool.
- …and then she found this starfish.
- I thought this was an interesting formation.
- This is 1/15 second exposure of a wave coming onshore.
